  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are only available if your location is serviceable by our logistics team.
  • If the product had a free gift/offer, all associated items must be returned for a successful exchange.
  • Perishable goods such as seeds and flowers cannot be exchanged if the packet is opened or damaged.

How to Request an Exchange:

3. Self-Shipped Returns

If you choose to self-ship the product for exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • You use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with our team.

 

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The product is out of stock for exchange.
  • An order is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, logistics issues, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms of Use).

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
